Installation & Warranty

Tree Quality: All plant material is nursery grown and intended to comply with the Guide Specification for Nursery Stock of the Canadian Nursery Trades Association.

Guarantee: All plant material and workmanship are guaranteed for one (1) year from customer acceptance. The guarantee does not include losses caused by vandalism or lack of watering.

Examples of defects or deficiencies:

• Dieback of the original crown of 20% or greater
• Non-existent new apical growth
• No live, dominant central leader
• Tree leaning 10 degrees or more from vertical after one year without supports
• Scars that have not developed good wall-response growth

Tree Locations: The customer provides planting locations. Final positions may vary due to utility conflicts or homeowner requests.

Safety: All safety regulations related to work near energized lines are followed under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
